Logistics Shipping Fees
1. Billing Basis
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the larger value between the package's actual weight and dimensional weight. The formula for dimensional weight is: Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 5000 (the coefficient may vary by logistics channel).
- The base shipping fee includes domestic warehousing and packaging fees, as well as international transportation fees. It does not cover destination country customs duties, customs clearance fees, or end-delivery surcharges (such as remote area fees, residential delivery fees, etc.).
2. Shipping Fee Standards
- Different transportation channels (e.g., international express, dedicated line logistics, postal packet) have corresponding pricing standards. The platform provides tiered quotes based on the type of goods (general goods/sensitive goods) and transportation time limits.
- Discounts on shipping fees are available for consolidated shipping of multiple packages. Specific discounts are subject to the platform's real-time promotions.
3. Surcharges
- Sensitive goods (e.g., products containing batteries, liquids, powders) require an additional special transportation handling fee.
- Additional surcharges apply for expedited delivery, insurance services, or shipments to remote areas.
4. Fee Payment
- Shipping fees must be paid together with other fees when submitting the waybill, and all recharge and payment methods supported by the platform are accepted.
- If an order is canceled due to user reasons after payment, the paid shipping fee will be refunded after deducting handling fees in accordance with the platform's refund policy.
