Step 1: Select Products
Choose the products you need on domestic e-commerce
websites, then copy the purchase links to the Spanbuy
platform.
Tip:
Overseas purchasing is supported for major Chinese
e-commerce platforms including Taobao, JD.com, and
Tmall.
Step 2: Place an Order
Select the product's size, color, version, quantity,
etc., add it to the shopping cart, and submit the
order.
Or fill in product information and submit the order
directly to the Spanbuy platform via international
shipping. After logging in as a member, go to 'Member
Center' -> 'International Shipping' -> 'Warehouse
Address' to obtain the shipping address. This address
should be used as the recipient address when placing
orders on e-commerce platforms like Taobao and JD.com.
Then, click 'Submit Order', fill in the information ofthe products you purchased on the Spanbuy platform, andsubmit it !
Tip:
1. International logistics has shipping restrictions on
certain products. Please pay attention to the
restriction and risk information and make decisions
carefully.
2. Products on 1688 have a minimum purchase quantity
limit. Please check the seller's minimum order quantity
before purchasing.
Step 3: Pay for Products
Select the purchased products and pay the correspondingfees.
Tip:
Multiple currencies and payment methods are supported.
Step 4: Spanbuy Procurement
After you pay for the products, the order request will
be pushed to the procurement system of the Spanbuy
platform. Then, Spanbuy buyers will contact sellers to
place the order on your behalf.
Step 5: Spanbuy Inspection & Warehousing
The received packages will be inspected to verify their
weight and volume.
After warehousing, you can either select the package
information to be shipped overseas and submit the
waybill, or continue purchasing products to be
warehoused and submit them together for overseas
shipping!
Tip:
During receipt and warehousing, we conduct strict and
professional product inspections, take real photos of
the products for your review, and promptly feedback to
you and assist in resolving any issues if found
Step 6: Submit Waybill
In 'My Orders', select the packages that have arrived
at the warehouse to submit the waybill for overseas
shipping, or wait for all the packages to be shipped to
arrive at the warehouse before submitting the waybill
uniformly.
Tip:
Some products are subject to shipping restrictions and cannot be sent via all logistics routes. Spanbuy will
filter out available delivery methods for you, and you
can choose from them
Step 7: Select Address & Pay Shipping Fee
Fill in the overseas recipient's information according
to your actual needs, choose a suitable shipping route,
and then pay the shipping fee for the order.
Step 8: Spanbuy Warehouse Shipping
The products will be consolidated, packaged, weighed,
reinforced, photographed, and then shipped out.
Tip:
There is a small probability of unexpected incidents
during international parcel shipping, such as delivery
delays, taxation, damage, seizure, or loss. Spanbuy
cannot control or avoid service quality issues and
accidents caused by third-party logistics providers and
customs of various countries. However, adhering to the
user-first service concept, Spanbuy will provide
advance reminders based on the conditions of each
shipping route and country/region, and assist you in
handling problems when they occur.
Step 9: Wait for Delivery & Sign for Receipt
You can check the international logistics tracking
information in 'My Waybills' under the Member Center.
Tip:
Points will be awarded after signing for the receipt.
