I. Claim Routes and Lost Parcel Compensation Fees

Claim Route	Compensation Standards for Entire Lost Parcels
Air Freight Route	50 yuan per kilogram + refund of paid shipping fee
China-UK Railway	30 yuan per kilogram + refund of paid shipping fee
Card Railway RM/DPD	25 yuan per kilogram + refund of paid shipping fee
Small Package Special Line Sea Freight	20 yuan per kilogram + refund of paid shipping fee
Oversized Package Special Line Sea Freight	1.5 times the paid shipping fee (maximum compensation limit not exceeding 40 yuan per kilogram)

For parcels sent via EMS channel, if the parcel is returned due to customs detention, entry prohibition, unclaimed or other reasons after arriving overseas, the shipping fee will not be refunded; if other refunds are incurred, they shall be borne by the customer.
Loss of individual items in the parcel is not covered by compensation; for fragile and perishable goods such as glass products and ceramics, the warehouse packers will try their best to take protective measures, but no compensation will be made for damage during transportation, so please choose to mail with caution; electronic products may have loose electronic components or become unusable due to vibration during transportation, which are also not within the scope of compensation, so please choose to mail high-value items with caution.
