Spanbuy Warehouse Parcel Process and Email Notification Rules1. Core Warehouse Processes and Corresponding Email Notifications- Parcel Warehousing Notification:Immediately after the parcel arrives at Spanbuy Warehouse and is signed for, the system sends an email to inform the warehousing status, parcel number and estimated inspection time.
- Inspection Progress Notification:An email reminder is sent when the warehouse starts inspection; within 1 hour after the inspection is completed, an email containing the inspection report (with photos) is pushed to the user's email, attached with a link to view on the order page.
- Abnormal Situation Notification:If appearance damage, missing quantity or other problems are found during inspection, an abnormal reminder email is sent simultaneously, explaining the details of the problem and handling guidelines (such as applying for claim settlement, replacement, etc.).
- Overdue Reminder Notification:Three reminder emails are sent on the 15th day, 7th day before the end of the free storage period and on the expiration day; after the expiration, a daily storage fee collection email is sent (until the parcel is processed).
2. Email Notification Instructions- All notification emails are sent to the email address bound during user registration; if you need to change the receiving email, you can modify it in the "Personal Center" of the platform.
- If no email is received, it is recommended to check the spam folder first; if there is still no relevant email, you can contact customer service to verify the accuracy of the email and the notification status.
