Commodity Storage Period

After commodities arrive at the Spanbuy Warehouse, they are eligible for a 90-day free storage service, calculated from the day the package is warehoused.
For multiple packages warehoused in batches, the free storage period is calculated separately based on each package’s respective warehousing date and will not be combined or accumulated.

After the free storage period expires, a daily warehousing management fee will be charged at a rate of 0.5 yuan per day per package (any part of a day is counted as one full day).
For commodities left unprocessed for more than 15 days beyond the free period, the platform will send a reminder notification. If no waybill is submitted or no processing is done within 30 days of expiration, the platform has the right to dispose of the commodities in accordance with the rules (such as return, destruction, etc.).

For special category commodities such as fragile goods, liquids, and food, the free storage period is shortened to 15 days. After expiration, the above-mentioned fee standard will be doubled.
It is recommended that high-value commodities (single package value ≥ 5,000 yuan) be processed within 15 days to avoid risks associated with long-term warehousing.
